It is time that we change this menace; parts of our lives should be unstructured, thus allowing us the chance to escape leaving us feeling free.

‘Stress is the growing disease’. It clouds enjoyment. It makes us sick to the core, slowly inflicting itself on every organ and cell in our over worked & weary bodies.
Spending quality time in the desert, exploring, meditating but mostly just ‘being’, will enable cleansing of the mind, body and soul.

Experience first hand the natural wonders of the Western Sahara Desert including the White and Black deserts, Crystal Mountain and the golden sand dunes in the Great Sand Sea, all around is a never changing landscape.

‘Prepare to Enjoy & Rediscover..!’

Day 1: Arrive at Luxor airport, transfer to hotel. Check in, welcome Meal and briefing on the weeks forthcoming events.

Day 2: Depart from Luxor by mini bus for Dakhla, picnics and refreshments on the way. Arrive Bedouin camp, enjoy hot natural spring bath. Then out on camel to desert camp with the Bedouins. Evening meal and meditation under the stars.

Day 3: Visit Al Qasr a medieval village deserted and abandoned after centuries of habitation. Then on to Farafra. 4x4 adventure out into the White Desert. Evening meditation and time for one self.

Day 4: Enjoy a cleansing hot natural spring bath at Farafra before driving to Crystal Mountain. Exploration time before group meditation and individual space for one self. Dinner and camping under the stars in this magical place.

Day 5: Drive to the Saqqara to visit the Pyramids, then on to Cairo, arrive hotel, evening meal, entertainment and shopping in Khan el Khanlili.

Day 6: Visit Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, with meditation in or outside the great pyramid herself. Followed by a visit to the famed Egyptian museum after lunch. Relax at Victoria hotel with a meal.

Day 7: Fly to Luxor, check into Hotel, Visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and Habu Temple, Sunset healing mediation close to Habu Temple, lunch and dinner will both be on the West bank of Thebes today.

Day 8: Visit Luxor Temple with group meditation and time to reflect. Lunch at a local restaurant before departing home from Luxor Airport.
