Many variations to the tours, depending on your exact dates and destinations. But the sites are pretty much the same depending on your time allowances, WE DO NOT rush around the sites like most companies and we do not use tour guides who just read from the books, we use semi trained Egyptologists where ever possible and those that can think for themselves and draw sensible and sometimes out of the box theories.

Now as you can see I have allowed the usual 4 days and 3 nights upon the cruise boat up the Nile to Luxor and then given you two days to spend in Luxor split between the two banks that not only separate Luxor but also separate her in a spiritual sense as well. From there internal flights will take you to Cairo where I have given you 3 full days to explore Cairo and its sites, I have not purposely crammed lots in but left space for more of a less hectic itinerary, the reason is simple, Cairo has the worst traffic problem in the world, it is overcrowded to the state of bursting and where you may think a car journey will take 20 mins to get from site to site it may well take 1 hour or more. It is a crazy city. Be prepared I always say. From Cairo the train will take you to Alexandria where you will spend 2 days and 2 nights visiting the sites in and around the city. Alexandria is a wonderful laid back city, even more laid back than Aswan but with that Mediterranean feel to it.

Returning to Cairo on the 14 th for your return flights. I have presumed as you have not told me so that the dates are somewhere correct, if not please do tell me so I can correct the itinerary and increase the sites or decrease wherever appropriate.

You will be accompanied by our Egyptological guide at every site, after short introductions to each site you will have plenty of time to explore the sites by yourselves without them looking over your shoulders if you so wish but to be on hand for any of those important questions. Mohammed Elkady, one of Q.E.A .'s directors will be with you as soon as you arrive in Luxor; he will accompany you throughout the entire journey to make sure your every wish is taken care of. He will be on hand to make sure all the transportation and hotels are in order, basically he will be your hidden shadow. Call upon him at any time; it is his job to be there as and when for you.

Now with Luxor there is of course much more to see. You can cut Cairo down or, as I'm hoping, you will be giving me 4 extra days somewhere within this itinerary. However, I do remember you saying about the week in Aswan by the pool, so I'm guessing that they are the days.

So just to recap, the itinerary and the overall price for these days is fully inclusive and includes all modes of transportation etc and of course the full 4 day 3 night cruise from Aswan to Luxor and the internal flights, I don't think I have left anything out, but you know where I am should you have any questions at all.

Q.E.A . excepts payment in all major currencies and a 50% deposit is required to pre-book the cruise and hotel accommodation during the itinerary. The 50% deposit is fully refundable within 3 months of cancellation after which only 25% is refundable. If cancelled within 1 month of proposed trip then no refund will be permissible. (unless accompanied by a doctor's certificate of illness)
